Aspire’s Kickstart to Kinder program is specially designed for three-year-olds, offering a warm and engaging introduction to their kindergarten journey. Created in collaboration with kindergarten and local primary school teachers, the program supports each child’s social, emotional and early literacy development. Pakenham's childcare and kindergarten indoor rooms connect seamlessly with the outdoor yard area, which allows the children to explore and play, supporting their overall learning experience. Aspire Pakenham’s outdoor facilities include different playground areas, a cubby house, veggie gardens, bike paths, sand pits, and dry creek beds. Additionally, our programs actively promote the message of environmental consciousness and sustainability.
Through the app, families can receive photos, videos, and observations from educators, stay informed about upcoming events, and engage in two-way communication at any time. Storypark also allows us to collaborate closely with families, supporting each child’s growth through shared insights and goals. This seamless, secure, and interactive platform helps build meaningful partnerships between our educators and families every step of the way. The Inspire Bentleigh West Incursions & Excursions Program enriches each child’s learning through real-world experiences that build confidence, independence, and curiosity. We go beyond compliance – embedding a genuine culture of care, transparency, and best-practice safeguarding across everything we do. We make the day easier by providing nappies, wipes and other essentials, and keeping you updated with photos and notes through our family app. For 4-year-old kindergarten, your child must turn 4 years old by 30th April in the year they are attending. For 3-year-old kindergarten, your child must turn 3 years by 30th April in the year they are attending.
Children develop respect for the environment through gardening, recycling and nature-based learning. Educators also introduce the interconnected aspects of sustainability, including environmental, social and economic, through concepts like fairness, sharing and community. Throughout my career, I’ve held various roles, including Inclusion Support, Assistant Educator, Lead Educator, Sustainability Leader, Educational Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, and now Centre Manager. My passion for early education stems from the opportunity to be creative, make a meaningful impact, and build strong community relationships.
Our Pakenham centre is equipped with 98 solar panels, significantly reducing our carbon footprint and teaching children the importance of renewable energy. The Inspire Pakenham Science Program encourages curiosity, inquiry, and critical thinking through hands-on, discovery-based learning. Guided by Montessori principles, children explore the natural and physical world through observation, experimentation, and problem-solving experiences. The program supports early scientific understanding while fostering confidence, independence, and a love of learning through exploration.

Our family day care service maintains a  student to teacher ratio to ensure that every child gets more attention and supervisions. We also provide educators and caregivers with regular training which will greatly help them keeping your child engaging and comfortable the whole day. Set in the heart of the Lakeside precinct on Bunurong Country, our Exceeding-rated long day care centre offers a nurturing, inclusive environment for children from six weeks to school age.
